Webfluential Creator success guide
Justine Wheeler
A step-by-step workflow for smooth campaigns and faster payouts
Getting booked consistently (and getting paid without delays) comes down to one thing: following the correct workflow on Webfluential.
This guide walks you through exactly how to set yourself up, respond to opportunities, deliver great work and ensure your earnings are processed smoothly.
Step 1: Set up your Creator Profile (this is everything)
Your Creator Profile is your digital CV. Brands donโt just scroll - they filter and select. If your profile isnโt complete, you simply wonโt appear on the first page in the search results.
What to do:
1. Connect and authorise your social channels
Brands rely on verified data (reach, engagement, audience insights).
- Go to Profile Settings
- Click Social Channels
- Select your platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Follow the prompts to authorise each account
๐ No authorisation = no visibility to brands
2. Set your rates
Use the Influence Estimator on your dashboard to guide your pricing.
- Set rates per deliverable (e.g. Reel, Story, TikTok video)
- Keep pricing realistic and aligned with your engagement
3. Optimise for discoverabilityThis is where many creators miss out ๐
- Add relevant tags (your niche, content style, audience)
- Select your favourite brands
- Complete all profile fields
๐ The more complete your profile, the higher your chances of being selected.

Step 2: Respond to a Collaboration request
When a brand wants to work with you, youโll receive a Quote Request.
This includes:
- Campaign brief
- Deliverables
- Budget
Your job: create a professional quote
- Open the Campaign Collaboration
- Click Create Quote
- Add each deliverable as a line item
Make sure:
- Quantities match the brief
- Your total matches the agreed amount
๐ Important: You are only officially onboarded once your quote is accepted by Webfluential.

Step 3: Content approval workflow
Webfluential manages communication between you and the brand, so everything runs smoothly and professionally.
How it works:
1. Review the brief
All campaign details are shared in the Collaboration Chat
2. Submit your content
- Upload via a Google Drive or Doc link
- Include both:
3. Feedback & approval
- The Content Manager shares your work with the brand
- The brand may:
๐ซ Do not post anything until you receive final approval in the chat
Step 4: Go live and close the job
This is the most critical step for getting paid.
Once approved:
1. Post your content
- Follow the agreed schedule
- Ensure everything matches the approved version
2. Share your live links
- Add links in the Collaboration Chat
- Then:
๐ This step moves your payment from Pending โ Earned
3. Provide Ad Code (if required)
If the brand is running ads (whitelisting):
- Share your Ad Code / Partnership Code immediately in your Collaboration chat on Webfluential
Step 5: Withdraw your earnings
Once your collaboration is completed and verified, your earnings move to your Creator Wallet.
Payment timelines:
- Deposits
- Final payments
How to withdraw:
- Go to Creator Wallet
- Check funds in Account Balance
- Click Withdraw
- Choose your preferred payment method
โ ๏ธ First-time withdrawals require:
- ID verification
- Bank details
- NOTE: We may need additional documents verifying your bank account information for certain banks in African territories.

Pro tip: How to get selected more often
Creators donโt apply to campaigns, brands select creators.
To increase your chances:
- Keep your profile 100% complete
- Update your stats regularly
- Use relevant tags and niches
- Add your favourite brands
- Consider upgrading to Creator Pro to boost visibility
The better your profile, the more opportunities come to you.
