3. Processing of Personal Information

  1. In order to use the Services, you will be required to register an account with Webfluential. During this registration process, you will be asked to provide Webfluential with Personal Information, such as your name, email address, phone number, your paypal or local bank account details, information regarding your social media account etc.
  2. This Personal Information is used by Webfluential to create a profile for you in order to provide the Services. Should you elect to not share this Personal Information, you will be unable to complete the registration process and use the Services.
  3. Webfluential will not share, rent or sell your Personal Information with third parties except under the following circumstances:
    1. when you have consented or directed us to share the information;
    2. with service providers, affiliates and partners who perform services on Webfluential’s behalf;
    3. the transfer of Personal Information as an asset of Webfluential’s business in the event that it is involved in a merger, acquisition or the sale of all or a part of its assets;
